Logistics Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Representative to join its team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. In this role you will coordinate and optimise delivery schedules, communicate with mobile units, and ensure timely, safe deliveries across a diverse fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching pending loads and scheduling drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate and modify daily routes to meet customer needs, monitoring road conditions and construction.
• Communicate freight requirements and procedures to drivers and provide routing directions.
• Maintain compliance with dispatch standards, update customer portals, and manage load forecasts.
• Enforce safety procedures by monitoring driver reports and equipment status.
• Analyse transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs and optimise trailer pool placement.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with logistics exposure.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work evening or morning shifts as required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
