Logistics Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Representative to join its team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. In this role you will coordinate and optimise delivery schedules, communicate with mobile units, and ensure timely, safe transport of a diverse range of freight.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching pending loads, scheduling and dispatching drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate and modify daily routes to meet customer needs, monitoring road conditions and construction.
• Communicate freight requirements and procedures to drivers and provide routing directions.
• Maintain compliance with dispatch standards, update customer portals, and record load events.
• Enforce safety procedures, monitor driver reports, and support trailer pool placement.
• Analyse transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer‑service or logistics roles.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
