About the role
Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Support Specialist to coordinate and dispatch drivers, monitor shipments, and ensure efficient route planning across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for freight pickups and deliveries, optimizing daily routes.
- Monitor shipment progress and driver locations using communication tools and mapping software.
- Provide customers with shipment status updates and resolve freight-related issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment data in internal systems and customer portals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address operational challenges and uphold service quality.
Required profile
- College diploma or University degree.
- Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
