Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator will lead the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, buildings, and facilities. You will ensure reliable operations while controlling costs and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance KPIs and ensure alignment with production, safety, and quality targets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities according to the established plan and schedule.
• Document equipment failures, review issues with production, and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the MAINTOOL system and manage spare‑part inventory.
• Analyze maintenance data to prevent failures and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and internal safety policies.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering on equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Strong communication, time‑management and personnel‑leadership abilities.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MAINTOOL maintenance management system.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards.
• Maintenance engineering expertise.
