Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Marketing & Growth Specialist to own our marketing strategy, execution, automation, and continuous optimization. You will work autonomously, identifying opportunities, developing strategies, launching campaigns, measuring results, and iterating for improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, lead‑generation funnels, and conversion‑optimization initiatives.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel workflows, automations, custom fields, tags, triggers, and segmentation.
• Develop email and SMS marketing sequences, nurture streams, re‑engagement campaigns, and landing pages.
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Identify new growth channels, test messaging, offers, and technology integrations.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can translate business objectives into marketing actions without detailed instructions.
• Proactive, analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Creative problem‑solver who continuously seeks ways to improve processes and results.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (workflow building, CRM management, email/SMS campaigns).
• Automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat) or n8n.
• Working knowledge of Webhooks, REST APIs, and AI‑driven automation tools.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Stripe integrations.
• Experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, funnel creation, and conversion optimization.
