About the role
The restaurant is looking for an experienced waiter to manage table service and provide attentive customer care while focusing on assigned performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests in the dining area, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Attend to customer requests and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized table setting throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Work towards and achieve specific service and sales targets set by management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant setting.
- Strong focus on customer service and ability to handle guest inquiries.
