Morning Shift Dispatcher

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Morning Shift Dispatcher to join our San Pedro Sula team. In this role you will coordinate and optimise delivery schedules, communicate with mobile units and ensure timely, safe deliveries across our diverse fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching pending loads, scheduling drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Modify daily routes to meet customer needs and respond to road‑construction or sudden changes.
• Communicate freight requirements, safety procedures and routing directions to drivers.
• Monitor driver locations via phone, radio and mapping software, and update customer portals with load information.
• Maintain compliance with dispatch standards, safety protocols and operating procedures.
• Analyse transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs and optimise trailer pool placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of logistics or transportation experience.
• At least 2 years of customer‑service experience.
• College diploma or degree.
• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• Strong time‑management, prioritisation and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using mapping or routing software.
