Morning Shift Dispatcher – Weekends

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Morning Shift Dispatcher to join its weekend team in San Pedro Sula. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal departments, ensuring that paperwork, inquiries, and logistics processes are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and queries via phone and email promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all paperwork is accurately managed.
• Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Maintain driver files and fleet documents, ensuring proper documentation.
• Support drivers in obtaining signatures on Bills of Lading and completing manifests.
• Prepare and process customs documentation (ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS) according to regulations.
• Enter new orders into the system and keep customer portals up‑to‑date.
• Generate reports, presentations, policies, and other administrative documents.
• Prepare and submit weekly internal and client‑requested reports.
• Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• College diploma or degree; logistics or administrative background is an asset.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Availability to work an alternate Saturday or Sunday shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
