About the role
The Processing Officer will coordinate and develop the quality‑control and distribution process for processed cards (co‑issuers, prepaid partners, immediate delivery, credit and debit). The role ensures that cards and their accompanying documentation are delivered to national channels promptly and accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end quality‑control workflow for all processed cards.
- Coordinate the distribution of cards and related documentation to various delivery channels across Honduras.
- Monitor timelines to guarantee on‑time delivery and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain service standards.
Required profile
- University student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in quality management, customer service, or financial product handling.
- Familiarity with banking or card‑related processes is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience using SAP.
- Experience using Siebel.
