Operations Data Analyst - Night Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office. You will support logistics and transportation operations by turning data into actionable insights, helping the company maintain on‑time, on‑budget deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Research, gather, and analyse documentation and stakeholder input to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop business cases, needs analyses, and professional dashboards that illustrate current and future states.
• Produce clear documentation, including business requirements and technical specifications, and present findings in reports.
• Design technical solutions to improve operational efficiency and recommend enhancements based on industry best practices.
• Communicate regularly with users about production issues, providing status updates and resolution pathways.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑handling abilities.
• Self‑starter with good judgment and the capacity to manage expectations.
• Accountable, results‑oriented, with excellent time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Power BI (preferred).
