Operations Data Analyst – Night Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office on a night shift schedule. You will work closely with logistics, safety and operations teams to turn data into actionable insights that improve service delivery and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather requirements through document analysis and stakeholder interaction.
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with business owners and technical teams.
• Develop business cases, needs analyses, and professional dashboards that illustrate current and future states.
• Produce clean, accurate documentation including business requirements and technical specifications.
• Design technical solutions to resolve business problems and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Communicate production issues and resolutions to users, ensuring timely updates.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑handling abilities.
• Self‑starter with good judgment and proactive communication.
• Accountable, results‑oriented, and able to meet or exceed expectations.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
