Operations Data Analyst - Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operations Data Analyst to join our San Pedro Sula office. You will work closely with logistics, operations and safety teams to turn data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and document analysis while interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Define project scope and objectives based on business owner and technical team input.
• Develop business cases, needs analyses, and professional dashboards that illustrate current and future states.
• Produce clean, accurate documentation including business requirements and technical specifications.
• Design technical solutions to address business problems and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with users regarding production issues and resolution steps.
• Support the operations and safety teams daily to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• High level of technical expertise.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑handling abilities.
• Self‑starter with good judgment and proactive communication.
• Accountable, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Power BI (preferred).
