Overnight Operations Analyst – Security & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an Overnight Operations Analyst to monitor security cameras, coordinate emergency responses, and ensure the safety of our trucks and yard facilities during night shifts. The role is based in our San Pedro Sula office and supports the logistics operations of Charger Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
• Dispatch emergency calls and respond to video‑triggered incidents.
• Maintain security of trucks and yard premises.
• Provide accident reports or video footage to the Safety team.
• Verify identification of all visitors entering the yards.
• Intervene to halt disturbances and diffuse threatening situations.
• Maintain accurate electronic security records and follow workplace policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Team player with strong communication skills in English.
• Fast learner, computer‑savvy and able to adapt to new software quickly.
• Strong decision‑making ability and good judgment.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
