Overnight Support Specialist

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking an Overnight Support Specialist to join its San Pedro Sula office. The role focuses on remote monitoring of security cameras, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of the company’s yards and trucks during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras remotely for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
• Dispatch emergency calls and provide video evidence to the Safety team.
• Maintain accurate electronic security records and incident reports.
• Verify identification of all visitors to the yards and manage communications until resolution.
• Assist in executing Emergency Response Plans and intervene to prevent disturbances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with fast learning ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive decision‑making and good judgment in crisis situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
