Pet Product Specialist – Afternoon Team

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Pet Product Specialist on the afternoon team (12‑9 PM Central). You’ll help pet owners get the most out of health supplements by providing guidance and closing sales, all from a remote home office.

Key responsibilities

• Sell pet health products and services, handling 12‑15 scheduled appointments per day.
• Convert prospects into loyal customers while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use provided tools (Rippling, Vonage, Zoom) for communication.

Required profile

• Highly‑driven self‑starter with a passion for health, wellness, and pets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build genuine connections.
• Availability to work full‑time (40 hours) from 12 PM to 9 PM Central Time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Vonage and Zoom for calls and video meetings.
• Familiarity with Rippling platform.
