Pharmacy Sales Representative

About the role

Nestlé Nutrition is looking for a proactive Pharmacy Sales Representative to promote its product categories within the pharmacy channel in Tegucigalpa. You will act as the brand ambassador, ensuring optimal visibility and compliance with Nestlé standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies and present the Nestlé product portfolio to store staff.
• Implement and apply the WHO code and Nestlé marketing policies.
• Maintain planograms, place POP materials, and monitor shelf space.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO principles and keep stock in optimal condition.
• Track sales activities, report results, and follow up on payments and transfers.
• Negotiate shelf space and promotional placements with pharmacy owners and managers.
• Ensure all actions comply with quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales position.
• Strong networking ability and proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Valid light‑vehicle driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP.
• Full command of Microsoft Office suite.
