Pre Vendedor 1 – Sales Representative

About the role

The Pre Vendedor 1 will be responsible for executing the full sales cycle and negotiating with clients for a range of products. The role focuses on achieving assigned sales quotas, building long‑term client relationships, and ensuring brand presence across the designated territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 100% of the assigned client portfolio, record orders and ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide product and business development advice to increase client demand.
• Achieve purchase effectiveness for all visited clients and maintain brand visibility in the territory.
• Develop the geographic area and product portfolio to grow the client base and sales volume.
• Implement point‑of‑sale advertising materials to boost client loyalty and product rotation.
• Promote specific company projects (e.g., cold‑equipment solutions) to generate additional business.
• Manage credit portfolios and maintain clean current accounts in line with credit policies.
• Validate product delivery service and confirm customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Diversified/Bachillerato); university studies are desirable.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar sales position.
• Experience using handheld devices and geo‑location tools.
• Strong customer service orientation, negotiation techniques, and credit collection management.
