Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer will partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will use statistical tools to analyse production issues, optimise product quality and support new product development in collaboration with Marketing and R&D.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to implement continuous‑improvement initiatives using statistical methods.
• Identify, analyse and resolve production problems to improve coating line productivity and reduce variation.
• Support new product introductions and material changes together with Marketing and R&D teams.
• Develop and apply control strategies for sustaining improvement projects.
• Lead safety, quality, cost and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Conduct process evaluations, trials and capability studies.
• Implement new equipment, operating procedures and technical training programs.
• Mentor team members and contribute to long‑term strategic planning and business‑metrics analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business operations, lean manufacturing or related technical environment.
• Strong leadership, project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Platform.
