Product Data Specialist

About the role

Superior Glove is seeking a highly organized, analytical professional to manage and improve product data across multiple digital platforms. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will ensure that product information is accurate, consistent, and compelling for distributors, e‑commerce sites, and internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for distributor product data, content, and image requests.
• Audit distributor websites to verify that specifications, attributes, and images are up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate data‑cleanup initiatives and support product data synchronization.
• Extract, manipulate, validate, and prepare product data using NetSuite Analytics and advanced Excel tools.
• Create and maintain master data reports covering descriptions, dimensions, certifications, and image links.
• Identify inconsistencies, recommend process improvements, and support data‑governance audits.
• Track requests and project activities in Asana and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Science, Data Management, Business, Marketing, or Analytics.
• Minimum three years of experience working with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
