Product Manager Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑savvy Product Manager Assistant to support our product management and engineering teams at PowerHandling. Working remotely, you will act as a bridge between engineering, sales and marketing to help drive the development and launch of our material‑handling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior product managers in executing technical road‑maps for existing and new products, including PowerRoll movers and the PowerPallet line.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify engineering trends and customer pain points.
• Gather and organize customer feedback, technical requirements, and field test data to inform product enhancements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project plans, track milestones, manage risks and communicate status updates.
• Maintain product documentation, BOMs, engineering specifications and pricing information in ERP systems.
• Support product launches, demos and post‑launch monitoring of performance and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, project coordination or engineering support within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Experience in the material‑handling or industrial equipment sector is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Productivity suites including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and product data‑management tools.
• Advanced written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
