About the role

Academia Europea is looking for a dynamic English teacher to deliver engaging, communicative classes to students of various ages and proficiency levels. The role is based on‑site in San Pedro Sula and focuses on real‑world English usage.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and adapt interactive English lessons according to the academy’s methodology.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, continuous feedback.
• Motivate learners and create a supportive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic team to ensure curriculum consistency.
• Utilise digital teaching platforms to enhance learning experiences.

Required profile

• Advanced or native level English (minimum C1) and excellent Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage groups of different ages and proficiency levels with empathy.
• Strong orientation toward student achievement and results.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and alignment with the mission to transform lives through language.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
