About the role

Colgate‑Palmolive is seeking a motivated Oral Health Promoter to lead its Bright Smiles Bright Futures (BSBF) program in Tegucigalpa. The role focuses on educating children aged 5‑12 about oral hygiene, distributing care kits, and building partnerships with schools, health professionals and NGOs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive workshops on oral health prevention for children in assigned territories.
• Demonstrate proper brushing techniques and supervise daily hygiene activities during community events.
• Coordinate logistics, distribution and follow‑up of oral hygiene kits to target communities.
• Maintain accurate field activity logs, manage kit inventory and produce KPI reports.
• Collaborate with dental faculties, health professionals and corporate teams to support regional program initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Nursing or Communication.
• Experience in health, community or educational programs.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Basic English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
