Property Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with property owners, vendors, cleaners, and internal teams to ensure every property is fully prepared and operational before going live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new properties, collecting information, documents, photos, access details, and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other platforms, ensuring accurate rates, availability, fees and policies.
• Configure properties within the PMS/channel manager and coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance, inspections and property setup.
• Create and verify property descriptions, amenities, house rules and check‑in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Conduct quality‑control checks before properties go live and maintain onboarding trackers and status updates.
• Identify missing information or potential operational issues and proactively address them.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or operations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and operational tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar short‑term‑rental platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel‑management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify or Hospitable.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools.
