About the role

The Recruiter will guide hiring managers and candidates through IBEX's selection process, handling full‑life‑cycle recruiting for the Honduras office. This full‑time role focuses on building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the external talent community.

Key responsibilities

• Post and manage internal and external job openings.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone or in‑person interviews, administer assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Utilize traditional and non‑traditional sourcing methods to attract quality candidates.
• Manage internal transfers, including screening, interview coordination, and offer letters.
• Maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely feedback loops.
• Communicate employment details such as benefits, compensation, and non‑compete agreements.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive work approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to handle confidential HR information.
• Professional presentation and solid business acumen.
• Organizational skills with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows environment proficiency.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
