Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Recruitment Specialist (Talent Partner) to own and continuously improve the entire recruitment cycle, from the first interaction through pre‑onboarding, while delivering a human‑focused candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience with clear, engaging, and human touchpoints.
• Design and improve recruiting communications, templates, surveys and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep processes moving with urgency and quality, giving and receiving feedback.
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimise the candidate journey.
• Redesign recruiting workflows using AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Ops, HR, Customer Success, Employee Experience or Recruiting Ops.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to redesign workflows with it.
• Self‑starter attitude, proactive and comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Proven track record of staying at least two years in a recent role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Automation tools for recruiting workflows.
