Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Service Representative, where you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional and caring support from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients, handling inquiries across insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and solutions with clients while adhering to company policies.
• Support sales administration by processing documentation, updating records, and tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that boost client engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with strong customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and ability to interpret client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and organization.
