Sales Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to support the sales team of a staffing agency that connects top LATAM talent with US‑based companies. The role is fully remote and focuses on keeping the sales process organized from discovery calls to follow‑up, ensuring every opportunity moves smoothly through the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Attend discovery and sales calls, taking detailed notes on client needs and next steps.
• Share meeting recordings and organized notes with the Head of Recruitment.
• Draft and send follow‑up and overview emails to prospective clients.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage sales meetings to keep calendars organized.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and follow‑up pipeline in a CRM.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to prepare candidate shortlists.
• Conduct quarterly follow‑ups with inactive prospects.
• Organize records, notes, and tasks within Asana.
• Prepare meeting agendas, recap notes, and track action items.
• Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales assistant, or a customer‑facing administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Must have a reliable computer and high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Experience with Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM/project‑management tools.
