Sales Paralegal Team Lead (Remote)

About the role

Lead and develop a remote team of Sales Paralegals and Assistants, ensuring high‑quality client communication, meeting sales targets, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Sales Paralegals, set performance expectations, conduct one‑on‑ones and evaluations.
• Execute sales strategies to meet conversion, revenue, and case‑opening targets; monitor results and provide timely coaching.
• Maintain accurate performance reporting and documentation; communicate risks and recommendations to the Sales Manager.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful team culture and motivate through communication and recognition.
• Ensure Paralegals deliver attorney‑approved guidance and refer legal questions appropriately.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams, coaching, and holding team members accountable for performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; familiarity with legal/immigration services preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
