Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative who will manage the full sales cycle for new customers and identify upselling opportunities. The role combines inbound and outbound calling, account maintenance, and on‑site representation at trade shows.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, building trust and understanding needs.
• Assist members with account tasks such as sign‑ups, cancellations, re‑activations and general maintenance.
• Transfer unresolved technical issues to the tech team and monitor their progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ticket logs.
• Provide tailored solutions and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
• Represent the company at trade shows and travel as required.
• Work an 8‑hour shift from 8 am to 6 pm, ensuring consistent communication flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer‑service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build and retain client relationships.
• Punctual, reliable and able to type while listening on calls.
• Desire to solve problems and negotiate effectively.
• Experience in a call‑center environment is highly desirable.
• Previous work in trucking or a tech company is considered an asset.
