Salesforce Sr Developer

About the role

Stefanini is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its global team of technology professionals. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet client needs while ensuring high quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new functionality and automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and OmniStudio.
• Consume client REST APIs with proper error handling and transaction traceability.
• Use mock data and simulated services when real integrations are unavailable to keep development progressing.
• Write unit tests with adequate coverage and document development evidence.
• Follow repository workflow: conventional commits, pull requests, and automated quality gates.
• Fix defects identified during integration, certification and stabilization testing.
• Participate in backlog refinement and estimate effort for assigned user stories.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and the Salesforce data model.
• Experience consuming REST services from Salesforce.
• Hands‑on work with Git and deployments via SFDX.
• Proven practice of effective unit testing beyond simple coverage requirements.
• Experience with at least one of Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud or Sales Cloud.
