About the role

ColorPlay is looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to join our in‑store team in San Pedro Sula. You will engage customers, understand their needs and recommend the right products and solutions while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits and pricing.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to purchase, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Maintain product displays, monitor inventory levels and ensure a clean, organized store environment.
• Follow up with customers, handle basic service inquiries and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear, respectful communication.
• Proven ability to prospect, close sales and upsell while meeting performance metrics.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling transactions and stock accurately.
• Problem‑solver who can address inquiries and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Full‑time availability on‑site in San Pedro Sula, including standing for extended periods during peak hours.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools.
• Competence in common office software such as email and spreadsheets.
