Senior Account Executive – AI Implementation Pods

About the role

Scale Army is launching AI Implementation Pods, three‑person teams that deliver AI solutions to mid‑market companies. As a Senior Account Executive you will own the front‑end of the sales journey – from prospect qualification through discovery to closing the Leadership Intensive or a direct‑to‑pod engagement. The role is fully remote and requires alignment with U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery calls and contract negotiation.
• Determine whether a prospect is best suited for a paid Leadership Intensive or a direct AI Implementation Pod and guide them accordingly.
• Close high‑value Leadership Intensive engagements and AI Implementation Pod contracts, collecting the required deposit for direct‑pod starts.
• Maintain a consultative, high‑value sales motion rather than a high‑volume transactional approach.
• Provide clear hand‑off documentation to the Delivery team and relay client insights back to the sales playbook.

Required profile

• Based in LATAM, Africa or Eastern Europe and able to work U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Proven experience in consultative, enterprise‑level sales, preferably with technology or AI‑focused solutions.
• Comfortable discussing AI, automation and engineering concepts with technical buyers.
• Self‑motivated, pipeline‑driven and able to operate independently in a fully remote environment.
