Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead accounting operations for one or more US‑based entities. The role is ideal for professionals who have managed the full accounting cycle, driven month‑end close, and mentored junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end accounting for multiple US entities or clients.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, KPIs, budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Support ERP implementations, automation projects and process improvements.
• Mentor and review work of accounting team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 6–8+ years of accounting/finance experience with significant US exposure.
• Proven experience managing full month‑end and year‑end close.
• Team leadership or people‑management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
