Senior Production Support Controller

About the role

The Senior Production Support Controller joins the finance department at our Cartago manufacturing site. You will be responsible for cost and price controlling, focusing on direct variable costs, and act as a key partner for internal and external reporting and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing accounting and daily collaboration with quality, value‑stream leaders and planners.
• Analyse manufacturing variances, material and labour utilisation, and productivity reports.
• Handle inventory, month‑end closing, production settlement, journals and accruals.
• Conduct cost price checks, cost roll‑up, and present results to corporate.
• Prepare DVC forecasts, production reservation analysis and support Veeva change‑control approvals.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports for internal clients and cooperate with HQ controllers and other sites.
• Ensure statutory compliance: financial statements, CIT, energy declaration, tax reporting, Procomer audits and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 8 years of financial controlling experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costs and ERP systems.
