Senior Scrum Master, Cybersecurity (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices within our cybersecurity engineering teams. This fully remote position enables you to guide cross‑functional groups, ensuring security initiatives are delivered predictably and without friction.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, adapting Agile practices to the security engineering context.
• Coach and mentor teams to improve maturity, collaboration, and self‑organization.
• Identify, track, and mitigate operational risks and impediments to keep sprints on schedule.
• Support backlog refinement and monitor delivery metrics for high‑quality increments.
• Maintain transparent, continuous communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in cybersecurity or security engineering.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum facilitation and coaching cross‑functional teams.
• Strong experience with backlog management, delivery metrics, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
