About the role
Grupo Q, a leading automotive group in Central America, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound phone calls, schedule service appointments and follow up with customers after service. The role supports the post‑sale loyalty program and aims to meet the company’s customer satisfaction targets.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone inquiries and schedule workshop appointments.
- Confirm service bookings and provide reminders to customers.
- Conduct post‑service follow‑up calls and participate in reconquest campaigns.
- Maintain records according to institutional procedures and standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
- High‑school diploma; automotive technician training or business administration studies are a plus.
- Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Ability to work under pressure, be proactive and collaborate in a team.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills (completion of a computer course).
