Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team in San Pedro Sula. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual and written content across multiple social platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design, edit and publish social media content such as posts, stories, reels and promotional pieces.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure visual and written brand coherence.
• Write copy in both Spanish and English.
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments and interactions, routing client inquiries as needed.
• Propose campaigns, ideas and formats to boost reach and engagement, including email marketing and Meta/Google ads.
• Analyze metrics and track the performance of published content.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media and creating content for brands.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
• Excellent writing, spelling, creativity and visual judgment.
• Organized with a professional approach to client communication via social channels.
• Up‑to‑date portfolio of designs, videos or managed accounts.
• Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, able to create and adapt content and respond to messages in both English and Spanish.
