About the role
The Car Wash Supervisor will manage the reception and parking area of vehicles at Grupo Q's service centre. This position ensures smooth vehicle flow from arrival to the workshop and guarantees that every vehicle is protected and ready for customer delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Organize the reception and parking zones to facilitate quick location and transfer of vehicles to the workshop.
- Verify daily that all vehicles have the appropriate protective coverings.
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely movement of cars.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the washing and reception areas.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory, coordination or operational roles, preferably in vehicle washing.
- High school diploma (Bachillerato) and a valid B1 driving license.
- Completed a customer service course.
- Strong orientation to achievement, teamwork and customer focus.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle protection procedures.
