System Administrator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure, cloud services, and end‑user computing environments. The position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Honduras, Colombia, or Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related cloud services.
• Configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability using centralized tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier II/III infrastructure, network, and system incidents.
• Perform server maintenance, patch management, backups, and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Support security initiatives such as MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security, and compliance controls.
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other network services.
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects, migrations, and integrations.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service quality and resolve issues.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as a Systems or Infrastructure Administrator.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations.
• Hands‑on use of migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz and ShareGate.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of security best practices and support for distributed user bases.
