T2 Distribution Coordinator

About the role

The T2 Distribution Coordinator will lead daily logistics operations at our facility in La Entrada de Copán, ensuring that staffing, inventory, and production lines run smoothly to meet demand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise staff assignments to satisfy daily demand.
• Monitor productivity, attendance and performance indicators.
• Oversee unloading, sorting, packaging and miscellaneous operational activities.
• Control daily inventories of finished goods and packaging materials.
• Analyze process productivity and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Guarantee timely supply of packaging lines.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and maintain orderly work areas.
• Manage the return of containers and proper product rotation to preserve quality and freshness.
• Lead teams fostering a high‑performance and continuous‑improvement culture.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, distribution or manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership and personnel supervision abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for managing performance indicators.
