Talent Mobility Specialist

About the role

The Talent Mobility Specialist guides hiring managers and candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth selection process and strong relationships across the organization. Working closely with the Senior Specialist, this role focuses on recruiting for Honduras and developing diverse sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process and maintain excellent relationships.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies using advertising, community networking, and creative sourcing methods.
• Post and manage internal and external job openings, screen resumes, and conduct phone or in‑person interviews.
• Administer assessments, organize interviews with hiring managers, and use both traditional and non‑traditional resources to attract quality candidates.
• Manage internal transfer processes, including screening, interview coordination, and transfer offer letters.
• Communicate employment details such as benefits, compensation, and non‑compete agreements.
• Maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and follow up for feedback.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum six months tenure with the company; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Capacity to interpret data‑driven metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR information and demonstrate professional business acumen.
• High sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
