Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join its HR department in San Pedro Sula. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts for a world‑class asset‑based carrier, supporting the company’s growth across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes, including defining criteria, screening applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, and verifying references.
• Prepare and extend job offers, managing the offer package documentation.
• Develop, recommend, and implement recruitment and retention programs and policies in line with employment legislation.
• Provide training and communication to managers and staff on recruitment best practices.
• Support staffing planning, maintain job descriptions, and conduct exit interviews to report trends.
• Participate in HR projects, career fairs, and other sourcing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in‑house.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a technical field is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn, social media, and sourcing tools.
• Microsoft Office suite.
