Talent Sourcing Specialist – Recruiter

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join its HR department in San Pedro Sula. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts for a world‑class asset‑based carrier, supporting the company’s growth across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes, including defining criteria, screening applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, and verifying references.
• Prepare and extend job offers, manage offer packages, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Develop and implement recruitment and retention programs, provide training to managers and staff, and advise on best practices.
• Maintain and update recruitment policies, job descriptions, and participate in career fairs and other sourcing initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews, report trends, and support HR projects related to staffing levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in‑house.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a technical field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn, social media, and sourcing tools for candidate outreach.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
