About the role
The Technical Project Advisor will be responsible for achieving the sales projections defined by commercial management and driving growth through the promotion, maintenance and expansion of the client portfolio within the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and follow the commercial plan set by management.
- Implement and coordinate all commercial activities related to client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of projects.
- Monitor market trends and prepare regular sales performance reports.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a sales executive in the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of concrete and soil properties.
- Proven ability to manage a client portfolio.
- Own a vehicle and be willing to reside in SPS or surrounding areas.
