Técnico de proyecto – Programa Strong Women Strong World

About the role

The organization seeks a dedicated Project Technician to ensure the implementation and monitoring of the STRONG WOMEN STRONG WORLD: BEYOND ACCESS PROGRAM. The role focuses on capacity‑building activities for target populations, aligning with institutional strategy and collaborating with key partners and local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee proper implementation and monitoring of the Strong Women Strong World program.
• Coordinate training and capacity‑building processes for the target community.
• Work closely with local partners, NGOs, and government entities to align activities with gender and social inclusion objectives.
• Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship, water and basic sanitation, gender‑focused project implementation, rural and urban contexts, community development, or local government collaboration.
• Valid license and ability to drive a 4x4 vehicle and a motorcycle.
• English proficiency is desirable.
