About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Mechanical Technician (or a student intern) to join our field technical team. The role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, assembly of metal structures, and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective mechanical or structural maintenance on industrial machines.
• Diagnose mechanical failures, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Disassemble, repair, adjust and re‑assemble mechanical and welded components.
• Maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings and transmission systems.
• Support installations, assemblies and modifications of industrial equipment.
• Use tools and measurement instruments correctly (training provided if needed).
• Follow industrial safety standards and wear required PPE.
• Report findings, repairs performed and technical recommendations.
• Take care of assigned tools, equipment and materials.
• Coordinate work with electrical, electromechanical and automation teams.

Required profile

• Technical training in industrial mechanics, automotive mechanics, metal structures or industrial maintenance.
• Practical experience with industrial machinery.
• Physical ability to perform field work and travel to project sites.
• Experience in welding.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
• Desirable: valid driver’s license, basic industrial electricity knowledge, experience with pneumatics or hydraulics, CAD design skills, or current engineering studies.
