Video Surveillance Support

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a dedicated Video Surveillance Support professional to monitor security cameras, ensure the safety of its trucks and yards, and coordinate emergency responses. This position works closely with the Security department in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
• Dispatch emergency calls and provide video evidence to the Safety team.
• Maintain security of trucks and yards, including ID verification for all visitors.
• Prepare and deliver accident reports or video screens as required.
• Follow Workplace Policy and other office regulations.
• Assess potential dangers, intervene to prevent disturbances, and support Emergency Response Plans.
• Electronically maintain accurate security records.
• Communicate efficiently to resolve incidents in the shortest possible time.

Required profile

• Fluent English (must).
• Minimum 4 years experience as a monitorist, security supervisor, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Team player with strong decision‑making ability.
• Fast learner, computer‑savvy and able to adapt quickly to new software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with high attention to detail.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
