About the role

Teach to Lead is seeking a remote volunteer to design, build, and maintain its website. The role supports students, tutors, and partners by providing clear, user‑friendly information and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Design and structure website pages using platforms such as Wix.
• Update content, improve navigation, and ensure mobile‑friendly, accessible design.
• Maintain visual consistency with the program’s branding.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to publish new initiatives, tutor resources, student guides, and application forms.
• Monitor site performance and resolve basic technical issues.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in website design and layout (e.g., Wix).
• Basic front‑end development knowledge and familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Ability to organize information clearly and create intuitive navigation.
• Strong written English communication and comfort working remotely with a team.
• Attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and independent work ethic.
• Interest in education, language learning, or youth empowerment.
