Weekend Recruiting Specialist

About the role

The Language Doctors is looking for a Weekend Recruiting Specialist to support end‑to‑end hiring for language‑professional positions. This fully remote role serves clients worldwide and is open to talent across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Create, publish, and manage job postings on multiple platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, assessing qualifications, certifications, and fit.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews, evaluating communication skills and role alignment.
• Source active and passive candidates using creative strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal tracking tools.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with rate discussions and offer processes under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve workflows and sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Interest in remote hiring and global talent markets; experience in linguistics or healthcare is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for phone and video interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.

• Experience using cloud‑based tools such as OneDrive.
