Account Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to serve as the dedicated bridge between our U.S.-based clients and internal execution teams. You will own the client journey from onboarding through project completion, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact, building and nurturing long‑term client relationships.
• Facilitate client onboarding, collecting all necessary information before project kickoff.
• Coordinate the hand‑off from Sales to the implementation team and monitor project milestones.
• Lead scheduled client meetings, provide timeline updates, and address inquiries with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, project dashboards, and communication logs.

Required profile

• Exceptional English communication skills (written, spoken, and on‑camera).
• Warm, professional, client‑first attitude with strong time‑management discipline.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑priority clients and projects simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who thrives independently in a fully remote environment.
